I had to replace the driver's side window winder mechanism, as it was not working: some of the teeth had broken off one of the gears.

While I was doing this, I replaced the inner and out door window seals, and also put new felt in the window channels.

Here are the channels during preparation: the top one has had the old material removed and the channel cleaned.

Here is a strip of felt, glued into the bottom length of the channel. After the glue dried, I trimmed the felt to size.

Here are the window channels relined with black felt, and ready to be reinstalled.
